If you're ordering Green Machine, you may as well order Mellow Yellow as your go-to salad or anywhere else option :) Green Machine may be a bit too strong and grassy for some, Mellow Yellow is just top-notch olive oil for food prep and less expensive so :)

Super tasty with a very nice punch. I lately bring this as a present for e.g. birthdays instead of the plain old wine, as an healthy alternative. The people love it :-)

I tried both Mellow Yellow and the Green Machine and despite the Green Machine having a higher polyphenol count, Mellow Yellow is still extremely rich in smell & taste, just with a milder first taste that then develops a few seconds later. I love that Mellow Yellow offers a cheaper alternative to the Green Machine while still being of very high quality. It's perfect for cooking but I would still happily add it as a topper on my meals, too. What I think makes the oils from OLVLIMITS even more special is the full transperency regarding the place of origin as well as the contents of the olive oil through the lab tests they share. And I greatly appreciate that this is the case for all of their olive oils, not just the flagship Green Machine.
