    Great oil for salads and whatnot. Full of taste, still a bit peppery, but much less than Green Machine that is VERY peppery. Many ppl don't like it for salads and prefer it just as a healthy supplement of sorts. This one is a great balance between Green Machine and Yellow Mellow (which is for me much better than EVOO from shops, but given I enjoy Green Machine anywhere too bland).
